- Guests will be informed the status of reservation within 48 hours.
- Guests must present ID card or Passport when checking-in.
- A child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent by utilizing the same bed is OK (No breakfast provided).
- Age of children must be informed upon making reservation.
- Children : From 12 years old, children are considered as adults

- Maximum 1 child(ren) per room

Cancellation Policies
- Guest must notify the hotel by email, phone or fax for any cancellation or reduction in the daily number of reserved rooms as early as possible
- One (1) night charges for cancellation less than 3 days before arrival; 10% Bank’s fee will be applied for any cancellation
- One (1) night charges for no show
